You must be at least 18 years old.

To create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including:

You are responsible for:

All activities conducted under your account

Fiat deposit methods (where supported) may require identity verification.
Withdrawals are processed after completing required compliance checks.
Withdrawal times depend on blockchain network speed, verification, and security reviews.
Wilscape is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or third-party systems.
You are responsible for ensuring you enter correct wallet addresses.
Transactions to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
Trading and investing in digital assets involves significant financial risk.
You acknowledge that:
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and may lose value.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Managed portfolios and automated strategies do not eliminate risk.
You may lose part or all of your investment.
Wilscape does not provide personal financial advice.
All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
Wilscape may charge:
Trading fees
Deposit/withdrawal fees
Management fees for portfolios
Penalty fees for regulatory breaches (e.g., AML non-compliance)
All fees are displayed within your account dashboard.
You agree NOT to use Wilscape for:
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Fraudulent transactions
Market manipulation
Use of automated bots unless explicitly permitted
Illegal activities under any jurisdiction
Circumventing platform security
Sharing your account with unauthorized persons
Violation may result in:
Account suspension
Permanent termination
Reporting to authorities
Freezing or forfeiture of funds as required by law
Wilscape will not be liable for:
Losses resulting from price volatility
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Downtime, maintenance, or system outages
Hacks or breaches caused by user negligence
Incorrect transactions due to incorrect wallet addresses
Losses from third-party wallet or exchange interactions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Wilscape in the past 12 months.
Wilscape aims for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, upgrades, and external network issues may affect availability.
All platform content—including logos, graphics, software, and proprietary tools—is owned by Wilscape.
Users may not:
Copy
Modify
Distribute
Sell
Reverse engineer
any platform material.
Your agreement to these Terms may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated by you without Wilscape’s prior written consent.
Wilscape may assign its rights or sub-contract obligations at any time.
Wilscape may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You fail AML/KYC checks
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Regulators require it
Inactivity extends for more than 12 months (at our discretion)
Upon termination, pending obligations still apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
Hong Kong (SFC-regulated services)
Mauritius (FSC-regulated services)
United Kingdom (FCA registration)
Legal disputes shall be resolved according to applicable jurisdictional rules.
Wilscape reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
